Post the DEADBEAT PARENT who owes you childsupport (and yeah, he owes it to you, or it would be called “child trust fund” [which is different]). Here are some other links that may help.

If your local child support agency isnt helping or enforcing the DEATBEAT, contact your federal regional office (link is here too). Find it, and write them (calls don’t help).

all you need is a court order for CS. if he denys his child, they do DNA to establish that they are the father.

    I think.. at least in my state anyway.. you have to find him and get him to submit to a paternity test first. It’s like you have to prove it before you can get anywhere with collecting any money from him

    i understand your anger but there are child support agencies to do that. force the child support agency to help. my son’s mother always got way more than what i was supposed to pay by going there.

    Everyone needs to remember that women can be deadbeats too!
    So all of you single fathers out there make sure you get yours too!

    wow…bitter aren’t we? why not use some of that time and energy into actually helping yourself get on your feet and provide for you and your children?? you play, you pay….just don’t always get it handed over to you like you first thought ;)
