Why do some people think that “Child Support” is “Child Trust Fund”? happens to yuo?

Its not “child trust fund”. Has anyone experienced the same thing? Why do some people think that? as if parents are supposed to hand the child support to the children to pay the bills. Do they honestly think the bills will get paid? anyone out here run into this mentality? and how did you deal with it?

    My ex husband refuses to pay child support. He works “under the table” to avoid garnishment. I just wish I got child support.

    Not everyone is responal with money, so be sure whomever you choose to have children with will stay with you for years and years down the road instead of having an OPps im preg.

    Yeah, dummies who don’t realize that children have to eat, have shelter, clothing, etc now think that. I’ve heard idiots in court saying they want child support to go in a trust fun. Just dumb. I wanted to yell, “fool, your child has to eat TODAY”. It’s sad that men are so worried that they might “help” the mother of the child that they’d rather not pay at all. I would tell him, look if it makes you feel any better, you can pay the light bill, etc, directly. Just dumb.

    Just know there are a lot of catty and ignorant people in this world that pass judgment on things they really haven’t a clue about. Be strong and know you are doing the best you can for your child(ren).
