My in-laws are interested in setting up a trust fund for my child. Does it matter if the last name matches that of my husbands and me or as long as the last name of the child and their ssn is used it can be set up?

    You can set up a trust fund by asking around the community. For example at religious services or something, you can ask the one in charge and ask then to ask others to give some money. I think the second choice is more accurate, and precise by the way.
