    is there a will………do you have any papers on this??

    Do you know of his lawyer from the time this was set in place.

    Tell you just as an observation I do hope that she was NOT able to get into the trust funds………usually you can not but sometimes there are ways that the trust holders can and she sounds like a trust holder.

    If she is alive, ask her. If she is mentally unable to care for herself and her affairs, ask her attorney. Find the attorney who drew up the trust fund. Does anyone in the family have a key to your dad and step moms bank safety box? If you have access to her mail, she may be getting a monthly check from the trust. Talk with the executor of her will.
